  2. Goin' Home was the song, that haunting voice and brilliant writing made my jaw drop, I just didn't know how someone that great had escaped my attention. I bought the full CD and after two listens I feel that it is a classic album, a great mixture of soul, blues, greasy juke joint rock and even some country/folk underpinnings. Retro(?), yes/5().

  4. I purchased this CD along with Funkadelic’s 1st album. The music is phenomenal and amongst the best Funkadelic ever did (in my opinion). The first 3 albums feature Eddie Hazel on guitar and have a blues/acid rock/soul sound versus the later stuff like Atomic Dog/5(65).
  5. I never thought in a million years that I would ever write that re; a DLR album, but in all honesty folks, it truly does. It's mostly cover songs with one song, Thug Pop, which starts off pretty damn good and just falters horribly, out of nowhere!/5(64).
  6. George Strait’s “Living For The Night”, the first single from his upcoming album, TWANG, hit the Top 15 mark in just three weeks making it one of the fastest rising singles of his career. The song, written by Strait, his son Bubba and legendary songwriter Dean Dillon peaked at #11 on Billboard Top
